Bryant Hosts Italian Fundraising Dinner for Bike to Beat Cancer 2011
Time is running out—there is just one week left! The Bike to Beat Cancer, which benefits the Norton Cancer Institute, happens on Saturday, September 24th.
Team Bryant hosted an Italian fundraising dinner on Saturday, August 27th. Resident chefs prepared homemade lasagna, pasta, meatballs and sauce. There were door prizes, raffle tickets, and a dunking booth attendees enjoyed dunking fellow teammates in. It was a great time for Team Bryant members, Bryant employees, family and friends to gather together to support in the fundraising efforts. Marsha Able from Integrity HR said, “What a fun event! Bryant employees and their families, and friends of the family, too, coming together for such a great charity: Norton’s Bike to Beat Cancer. George’s meatballs and lasagna definitely a favorite for me! Joe’s cooking was pretty good, too. Obviously, I ate too much. I was so honored to be invited to share in this fund raiser and celebration for life.”
The dinner brought in close to $3,000. So far Team Bryant has raised $21,108.03, exceeding their original goal of $20,000.
